A Year in Review and a Look Forward to the Year Ahead - The Year of Innovative Learning Technologies

At this time of year, it is traditional to look at the goals from the year before and what we have accomplished, and our plans for the year ahead. At Pathways Training and eLearning Inc, 2017 was a fantastic year:

  • We produced Canada’s first virtual reality eLearning module and over 35 news outlets wrote about the new learning technology we created (over 65 different new articles around the world, wrote about our work, check out some of the following news articles and press releases)

  • We were selected (and in many cases sought out, without having to go through the submission process) to speak at many national and international conferences about our innovative virtual reality eLearning work. Some of the conferences we spoke at this year included: Chief Learning Officer (CLO), DevLearn, LearnFest, Institute for Performance and Learning and Demofest.

  • We produced over 200 eLearning courses for happy clients!

  • We won over 30 eLearning RFPs.

  • We created and produced over 30 training videos.

  • We created many customized Learning Management Systems (LMSs), for many happy clients including York Region Transit (YRT) and University of Toronto, Department of Anesthesiologists.

As we look to 2018, we are thankful for the opportunity to work with many new clients such as Porsche and Ministry of Natural Resources and we thank all of our existing clients for your loyalty. In 2017, we had 99% client retention and satisfaction and we look forward to working with all of you in 2018!

In 2018, we will be experimenting with augmented reality (we think this new learning technology will be particularly effective for new hire orientation training) and we will be sharing our progress with you in our blogs throughout the year.

On behalf of the Pathways team, thank you to all of our clients for a very successful 2017. We appreciate your business and we look forward to working with you on innovative training projects in 2018!
