Covid-19 and Health Awareness

With the ongoing situation with COVID-19 and the Coronavirus it is more important now than ever to ensure that we all implement precautions when it comes to basic hygiene and staying healthy.

Taking precautions such as washing our hands thoroughly and regularly, being aware of how viruses are spread and transmitted and ensuring we are looking after our health and getting the right nutrition goes along way to preventing viruses spreading.

In the past Pathways has worked with a variety of health clients to develop specialised healthcare training. Some of these clients include Sick Kids hospital, VHA, WeCare, Revera, Canadian Blood Services, The Ottawa Hospital, University of Western Ontario Faculty of Medicine and the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.

In the past we have worked closely with Sick Kids hospital to help them design and develop several eLearning modules on how patients, families and doctors can work together when facing critical illnesses. We have also worked closely with The Ottawa Hospital to create a number of eLearning modules that educate learners on administering chemotherapy and biotherapy in hospitals and we have even developed an eLearning module on how to wash hands for the Ministry of Health (a skill even more critical than ever before).

If you are a professional healthcare organization that requires assistance in putting classroom content online, please reach out as we are here to help in these turbulent times. You can connect with us at info@pathwaysinc.ca or via phone at 1-888-961-6011 extension 122.
