Discovery
Our Pathways team works closely with you to understand your needs and find out what is important to you. During this time, we help you establish learning objects, identify your target audience and determine the type of learning that is best suited for your project.


Design
Based on our Discovery findings, Pathways will then work with you to create a high-level design document while determining the overall look and feel for your project. Our instructional designers will also mold your learning content create into the highest quality storyboards, designed to provide an engaging learning experience.
Development
With storyboards in hand, our team of skilled developers then brings your ideas to life; creating masterful eLearning modules. Pathways programmers use the latest authoring tools, custom coding and animation; along with professionally recorded audio to create digital training your learners will love.


Delivery
Finally, if you aren’t certain how to get your eLearning into the hands of your learners we can help you. As part of our service, Pathways offers customized Learning Management Systems branded specifically for your organization; allowing you to quickly access all of your training videos, manuals and eLearning courses on one easy site.

Kurt Tiltack, B.A., B.Ed, MBA
Managing Partner
Kurt has over 20 years of experience leading change management, corporate training and organizational strategy initiatives. Kurt is responsible for managing the overall direction of Pathways, along with ensuring the successful execution of the company's consulting efforts.
He holds a master's degree of Business Administration and bachelor's degrees in Arts and Education.

Jennifer Coles, B.A, B.Ed, M.Ed
Sr. Director Learning & Development
Jennifer is responsible for the successful development and delivery of Pathways classroom and eLearning curriculum to our clients.
Jennifer has earned a Master's of Education degree focusing on computer-assisted instruction, as well as bachelor's degrees in Arts and Education. Jennifer also holds an advanced certificate in HR Management from the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Business and an advanced certificate in Project Management from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Science and Engineering.

Julio Ordonez, B.Sc
Manager, Product Programming
Julio is a multi-talented, Multimedia Engineer, with a skill set that includes programming and graphic design. He has worked with our clients in both the public and private sectors. Julio is ever focused on delivering the highest quality eLearning and interactive products to our Pathways clients.
Julio holds a bachelor's degree in Multimedia Engineering and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

Karen Chan, B.A.
Product Programmer
Karen is a graphic designer with an extensive background in customer support. She has enjoyed nearly a decade of visual arts and design training with applications from marketing to game design, making her an invaluable asset to our Pathways team.
Karen holds a bachelor of Fine Arts and continued her studies at Max the Mutt School of Animation.

Dylan Hedges, B.Sc
Product Programmer
Dylan is an eLearn developer and designer with extensive experience working for large professional organisations in the private sector. He has skills in both programming and design and enjoys developing interactive eLearning and web-based solutions.
Dylan holds a bachelor's degree in Business IT and has a strong passion for technology.

Toni Marvin, B.A.
Instructional Designer
Toni is an instructional designer who specializes in both design and development of eLearning. She is always striving to create a clear course structure, meaningful objectives, engaging activities and easy-to-use functionality. Toni’s background in graphic design ensures every Pathways deliverable looks professional.
Toni holds a bachelor of Arts degree.

Mellissa Last, B.A. CTDP
Instructional Designer
Mellissa is a Senior Instructional Designer and Certified Training and Development Professional (Institute for Performance & Learning). She has nearly 15 years of experience in the performance and learning industry. She is known for her curiosity and creativity, her positive outlook and collaborative attitude, and her ability to connect with learners and align business priorities with training solutions. She has created training and learning solutions for the retail, telecommunications, and financial industries.

Allison Hillier
Instructional Designer
Allison’s work experience has focused on creating and delivering value for learners and the organizations she supports. She draw together expertise in education, business, psychology and cognitive sciences to help organizations and people get the most out of their training investments.

Danny Rego
Instructional Designer
Danny has a diverse background in graphic design, public education, and instructional design. He draws from his many years of experience to create visually engaging content that connects with learners. He has worked in the private, public, and not for profit sectors.

Wendy Bouchard
Instructional Designer
Wendy is an Instructional Designer with over 15 years experience designing and developing classroom training, eLearning and virtual instructor-led training programs. With a solid background in adult learning she was able to provide her clients with relevent and measureable learning programs. Training content expertise includes Contact Centre Customer Service, Leadership Development, Software, Continuous Quality Improvement, Operations and Legislative/Regulatory compliance training. Skilled in collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure alignment of content to identified needs.

Maryam Kanani
Instructional Designer
Maryam is an instructional designer with an extensive professional background in designing and developing cognitive trainer devices, games, educational manipulative, and online courses. The quality of education has been always her concern and she draws from her multi-disciplinary academic background in science, sports studies, and education to create meaningful and appealing learning experiences.
Maryam holds a master’s degree in education, curriculum studies.

Jennifer Wu, B.ED
Instructional Designer & Facilitator
Jennifer Wu is a seasoned instructional designer with a strong background in adult learning principles. She brings over 10 years of experience in the design, development, delivery, and management of traditional and eLearning competency-based training and performance, to our Pathways team.Jennifer holds bachelor's degrees in Social Science and Education.

Jason Allen
Instructional Designer
Jason Allen is a certified instructional designer with over 15 years of experience designing and delivering in person, remote, and e-learning courses. He believes in the power of story-telling to ensure an emotional connection with the content and deepen learning. Jason has experience in leadership training, customer service and creative thinking, and extensive expertise in transportation and the environment where he is also a writer and broadcaster.

Nick Aiello B.A.
Senior Facilitator
Nick believes that a lesson taught with humour is a lesson retained. As a facilitator and professional speaker, Nick has accumulated years of experience in custom content delivery, experiential learning and leadership training. Nick brings his training sessions to life with his dynamic facilitation style that he calls “edu-tainment”. While fun is an integral part of his learning style, people will leave Nick’s sessions transformed and equipped to be the best version of themselves.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama in Education.

Brodie Church
Senior Facilitator
Brodie is a facilitator and a Certified Training Practitioner with a passion for workplace performance and engagement. With over 10 years of experience as a successful trainer and facilitator, he has worked with a wide range of industries at various leadership and human capital capacities. Brodie’s energy, passion and thirst for building relationships has successfully transformed teams, and is the foundation for his creative and results-focused learning environments. Brodie believes that sparking curiosity ignites learning, enabling everyone to achieve their desired results.

Reine Khantchand
Facilitator
Reine is a facilitator and a coach who believes that every individual can achieve their own level of professional and personal brilliance through continuous growth, which comes through continuous learning. An avid learner herself, she has gained experience and expertise in various roles throughout her career such as Customer Service, Sales, Leadership and Wellness. Reine’s clients describe her facilitating style as dynamic and inclusive, fun and respectful with just the right dose of challenging. She has delivered and designed courses in various industries such as airlines, financial, automotive, Corporate Leadership etc. She has worked in the private, public and not for profit sectors.

Yvonne Harrop B.Sc., CTDP
Senior Consultant and Instructional Designer
Yvonne is passionate about partnering with leaders to drive business outcomes by enabling people to perform at their best. Building upon a foundation in Learning and Organizational Development, she has 15 years’ experience leading change initiatives to transform culture, adopt new technology and realign work structures and behaviours. Her hands-on collaborative approach focuses on understanding change impact at an individual level as well as within the complex interplay of the organization as a system.
She is experienced in public, non-profit and private sectors and is both APMG and PROSCI Change Management certified.

Abraham Lim
Product Programmer
Abraham is an e-learning technology expert, specializing in e-learning interoperability and course production. In his 16-year career in e-learning he has served many industries in both private and public sectors. Earlier in his career, Abraham developed an LMS as part of a suite of HR systems that has garnered multiple awards.

Caroline Trépanier, B.A.
Lead Consultant and Manager, Québec Office
Caroline combines her proven skills as a facilitator and lecturer to engage and energize participants in a collaborative environment. As a facilitator, she has led more than 500 workshop sessions in the areas of conflict resolution; cost reduction, strategic planning and leadership development.
Caroline holds bachelor's degrees in Communications and Public Relations. She is also fully Trilingual in French, English and Spanish.
